I have found a bug in Drupal 6.9.
I am going to example.com/admin and i get a 403 Forbidden error, i am using clean URL's, if i use ?q=admin/ then it normally works!
I don't know why it is how it is, i installed it again and again, also with downloading 6.9 again, no modules, but i am using it now, but still the same...

damien tournoud commentedPlease check that you don't have a "admin" folder in your Drupal installation, or bother you web host to remove the "admin" thingie it may have.
