I don't have database access on my server. Is it possible to install drupal CMS on my server and connecting the database from other server?
Please help me.

In fact most providers have different servers for mysql.
Just configure your settings.php file accordingly.
Here you tell where the database is and where your site is.

I configured the settings.php.but when i try to connect mysql got this message
