I need contact form. It is for my website indispensable. I use it also for administrate newsletter subscription,
My website is an e-commerce site. So I need to remove in the personal ure profile pages the field -contact-.
I could do it disabling contact module, but contact form depends on it.

Use Weform module instead (easy)

or

Override the user contact link using code similar to this (more complicated)

I found contact form optimal to create a contact page with a preset subject (the best way for newsletter subscriptions).
I hope I'll succeed with http://drupal.org/project/webform too... I'll give a look
