guys i want to hide the default way of showing the comments and want to show the comments when user click on a menu item View Commnets

With help of quicktabs and views module...you can easily achieve your result as per your requirements..

Depending on exactly what you want, you may not need the quicktabs module. Views allow you to place a view on a tab.
