Load region data: problems

Hi

I have problem related to Load region data:. I'm using D 5.15 and garland template. After enabling all regions through Load region data: there is no any change which happen, the regions do not update automatically. Additionally there is another problem. I have my tabs done as block, where the Dynamicload is enabled. every time I have called once the edit function and than call another operation e.g. view the edit option is no more usable. I find the module extremely useful and hope to be able to continue to use it.
