The latest version seems to conflict with Panels. When Administration Menu is enabled, it's impossible to add content in a panel page. The '+' button just doesn't work anymore; the settings windows doesn't appear. Trying to save after clicking the '+' button gives an error of this type:
* warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /modules/panels/panels_page/panels_page.write.inc on line 116.
* user warning: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'WHERE pid = 16' at line 1 query: UPDATE DRP_panels_page SET WHERE pid = 16 in /modules/panels/panels_page/panels_page.write.inc on line 128.
This problems was encountered with Firefox 3.0 and Chrome (Windows XP)

wonder95 commentedNot sure if this is along the same lines, but the Panels menu won't show up in the Admin Menu at the top. It's in the Navigation menu, but just doesn't show up in the black menu at the top of the screen.

sunI am not able to replicate the original issue - and it seems that no one else can neither. Also, you should update to 1.3. Thus, marking as won't fix.
@wonder95: Please go to admin/settings/admin_menu and hit the "Wipe and rebuild" button to solve this.
