Probably there is some conflict between Job Posting and Autosave.
When I'm doing preview it says:

Error requesting data! (in the top-right corner)

Maybe because of required field, but the screen is not going up to show me those fields or maybe it's a different reason.
And when I'm trying to post the record, it says:

Validation error, please try again. If this error persists, please contact the site administrator.

When I'm disabling Autosave for this content type, it's posting.
It can be related to: #361488: validation during the preview clear all forms
