1. Is it possible to change the superfish/pimary link black bar to green?
2. Is it possible to move the header text a little down and to center?

Its possible to do both these things by modifying the CSS.

If you look through the issue queue you will find other posts discussing similar or the same questions and links to sites that have done similar things.
