Issue Summary
Watcher does not email users watching posts. So far, I have not received a single notification on nodes update/comments for the nodes I'm watching. The site is http://www.new.dast2dast.org.
Watcher is configured as such:
Watchable content types: everything checked except for image
Watch Toggle Link: Display "watch this post" is checked
Settings for the table of posts: display last updated and post author columns are checked
Settlings for Email Notifications: Enable Email Notifications is checked, instantaneoulsy is checked with 5 limit for sending messages in seconds and 50% of comment for lenght
Default User Settings: all except Share my list of watched posts are checked
In my Watched posts folder Notifications are enabled

Just to be sure, you didn't try posting comments on your own nodes? Watcher doesn't alert people about their own actions as it would be quite pointless and annoying. You can use the Statistics tab to check the current message queue. Your notifications should be queued there. You can also send test messages using the tools on the Testing tab.

I am now receiving email notifications on other users' nodes I am watching but the body of the email and the subject line is empty. Shouldn't there be a subject line and something in the body of the email (ie URL of the node and some text saying that the node has been updated or new comments have been posted)?
