1. Create new mini panel.
2. Add to the content current mini panel (it shouldn't be possible).
3. Add mini panel to some page panel.
4. Internal Server Error on page of this panel.

Panels 2 is no longer available and is unsupported. Marking all Panels 2 issues won't fix.
