A new whitehouse.gov has launched, with a definite Drupal feel. Can anyone confirm this?

No, it is not even a PHP script. It is ASPX (Microsoft ASP.NET).

Im not saying that the new white house page is drupal, but dont be fooled by a .aspx file extension (or any for that matter). Pathauto can be configured to add a fake file extension.

I saw the site, read the news article, and I must admit, I'm glad I chose Drupal! After 2 months of deciding which CMS to go by, I've made the right decision. I'm proud to be part of the Drupal community. I believe this will further enhance Drupal's reputation above Joomla (used by Citibank) and Mambo (used by Corporate Express).

Yes, new WhiteHouse site's nice, they at Acquia and GDIT did good work. Seems it's a kind of latest D6, 6.14 or something, however I've also noticed some issues there too:

I work on http://www.democratsabroad.org/ we are using Drupal and CiviCRM and I would like to contact someone in the White House or the DNC to share Ideas, code and mutual interests

can you direct me to that person please? it would be great if I could talk to Macon Phillips, some one who works for him or in that department

also JQuery is referencing Drupal in the header
