I've been trying to use this module for months and have yet to get a usable build. It's painfully obvious that the testing of this module is non-existent. I'm only this frustrated and negative because it WOULD be a useful module if it would work.

I confirm this issue, in the Addresses format fieldset I have :

"Change how the addresses are displayed, for each country. The Default is used if the country doesnt have a preset address format."

sorry guys, i removed a single (but important) line by accident. 1.05 will contain the fix.
