I don't see this feature

"Share Bookmarks with groups: If OG is installed you may share Bookmarks with your favourite group. Bookmarks in groups can be sorted in folders by the group members (see access control)."

Has this feature not been implemented in the new vesion (bookmarks-6.x-1.7)?

No and there are presently no plans to do so.

Feel free to re-open as a feature request if you require this. I presently don't use OG anywhere so it will take a while for me to develop this. You can also submit a patch as well.
