The "Simple Sitemap"-project seems to have been removed from d.o., and browsing through the issues for the project indicates that it never had any release at all, not even a development snapshot. As such, the handbook page for this project no longer applies, and should be deleted.
On a related note, the breadcrumbs for issues that belong to this project look strange (see #310963: Publish a Simple Sitemap release for example). I'm not sure how the project was removed/disabled, but will open a new issue in the project/project_issue-queue to address this.

It's unpublished. It should probably be deleted but want to get a second opinion before hitting the button.
