Issue Summary
It would be great to have the default 'YOUR PERSONAL MESSAGE' email text configurable on the tell-a-friend configuration page.

I would also second that. It could be noted as a bug that the default personal message automatically gets inserted into e-mails against the other default message - which seems redundant.
