A newbie q. Drupal 6 all newest modules.
I have never done this before so excuse my ignorance.

The backup and migrate module when backing up says

Exclude the following tables altogether:
...the list is here...
The selected tables will not be added to the backup file.

Does that mean they are excluded from the backup when you select and highlight in blue?

I suppose more simply put....does highlighting include or exclude that item from the backup?

Also I can see how you can highlight a selection as a continuous list but how do you select items not in a continuous list.
Also how do you have none highlighted?

A bit more info in the readme for newbs would be good. :o)

Well it says exclude...

I stick to doing it myself, much safer...

To switch an individual one while another (or multiple) are selected press control + click

So exclude... the highlighted ones are always the "selected" ones...

Just leave it all empty and it will back everything up...

Seems like this has been answered already, but just to reiterate: Highlighted (blue) tables will NOT be added to the backup.

More importantly, if you are a newbie, or if you don't spend your evenings studying the ins and outs of the Drupal db table structures then just leave the default settings (ie: nothing selected on that list) and everything will backup properly.
