Upgrade drupal.org from Drupal 5 to 6

Before starting work on the redesign of Drupal.org based on the plans by Mark Boulton, we are upgrading the drupal.org website from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6. Our plan includes a full upgrade of the existing site possibly leaving out the current search infrastructure, so we can move to a different solution for search (the selection for that is still debated in the redesign process).

The subpages here provide overviews of the different subprojects with tasks to do and tasks being done.
