This release adds the following features (in relation to version 5.x-4.0), and is equivalent to version 6.x-1.1:
* dompdf generation now converts UTF-8 to ISO-8859-1, allowing proper display of most Western special chars
* Blocks for Most printed, Most e-mailed and Most PDFd
* Per-node link configuration settings (for admin or specifically permitted users)
* User-editable settings for user-viewable text strings (removed old theming function for this purpose)
* Link options also apply to the book module link
* PHP visibility option
* Filename of the generated PDF can now be configured with tokens (using the token module)
* Images in generated PDFs are now compatible with Drupal's private download mode
* Drupal's 'normal' cache can't handle PDFs, so disable caching of PDFs
And several bug fixes (see Changelog after October 16, 2008)
