ÀÇtag is fine. Languages outside Latin-1 get clipped.Latin-2 (ISO-8859-2) Examples:
żółty(yellow), gets clipped toóty.Term transliteration solves the problem only partially, because sometimes different diacritics convey different meanings, e.g.
laska(walking cane) andłaska(grace, clemency).And I think this http://drupal.org/node/372285 is a duplicate. tagcloud.swf provided by jason32 works with cyrillic, but still clips Latin-2.
