cumulus works with transliteration. i have it installed on two projects.

you must better point out, what you mean.

It seems cumulus works with Latin-1 (ISO-8859-1) - ÀÇ tag is fine. Languages outside Latin-1 get clipped.

Latin-2 (ISO-8859-2) Examples: żółty (yellow), gets clipped to óty.

Term transliteration solves the problem only partially, because sometimes different diacritics convey different meanings, e.g. laska (walking cane) and łaska (grace, clemency).

And I think this http://drupal.org/node/372285 is a duplicate. tagcloud.swf provided by jason32 works with cyrillic, but still clips Latin-2.

I think I have to check if UTF-8 is being used or not.
