Description

Hi Ken,

I am a linux user I can see xdebug installed in both phpinfo() and php -m twice as it is expected.
Although "XDebug is not properly creating trace files yet. "
where is this /tmp suposted to be? I believe this is a permission issue easy to fix with a chmod or chown but I'm not sure where this directory is ment to be.

PHP.ini and both top-level and local .htaccess files were set with the provided parameters, apache restarted and still isn't passing the first test. In the end I'll be happy to write an article how to get this working under Linux.

Best Regards,
Jorge.

Hi.

Problem was Mandriva, my linux distribution was disregarding my .htaccess files by default. [SOLVED]

Kind Regards,
Jorge.
