Running Activity 5.x-3.0 beta2 and Drupal 5.12

All node activity is described as "updated" in Newsfeed, whether uploaded, posted, updated or deleted.

The tokens are correct in the module spec e.g. [author] [operation]d the [node-type] [node-title-link].

All help gratefully received.

Do the nodes in question all require moderation before they are live? In other words it sounds like your content is created but is not initially published. Then when you later publish the node that is being seen as an update and not an insert.
