Issue Summary

The attached patch adds a 3rd setting (to the already existing profile page and comment settings) for setting a different imagecache size for node author display.

Good idea but we need upgrade path to commit this small and useful change

Planing to include this change into upcoming release. So maybe include a setting per node-type?

1) Current patch adds ability to setup default preset for all nodes
2) Suppose it would be better to add a setting at admin/content/node-type/%node-type to choose a preset per node-type
