Counter interval= 'minute'

As per the Counter module description, we can set the interval to 'minute' in the counter settings.
But There is no option provided in counter settings to set that.

Only I can c is Basic settings panel and some check boxes under that and initial values for site counter and unique counter.

but there is nothing like interval='minute'.

Can any1 help me in this case.
