I was thinking if it is possible to have a table where users can input percentages which add up to 100% as shown in the picture here.

This would be useful in suitations where you want users to key in class reports. Example if an user would need to key in the age composition of a particular piano class.

Age || Percentage
------------------------------
< 20 || 10%
21 to 50 || 30%
50 to 60 || 40%
> 60 || 20%
=======================
Total || 100%
=======================

If the total is not 100%, there will be an error when the user submits the form.

CCK itself won't ship with such a specific feature.
That would be a request for a separate module, but there's no right place for a 'request for a new module'
