Panoramio provider

I tried this and it works pretty well! I sponsor this feature, it would be nice module maintainers would have a look at this to maybe include it in the package??

The service looks good, and the include file looks clean. I'll take a look this week at DCDC and roll it if it works as advertised. Thanks for the work!

We are not adding new providers to emfield itself. To add new providers you should create your own module, similar to http://drupal.org/project/media_viddler or http://drupal.org/project/media_hulu
