When I or anyone else visits the catalog page for the ubercart store I implemented there is a repeating error message that reads:
warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: WARNING: URL fopen access in /mnt/stor2-wc1-dfw1/373267/373587/www.kromsworld.com/web/content/includes/image.inc on line 84.
It can be viewed live here: http://www.kromsworld.com/catalog
I asked about it on the Ubercart forum and they said it was a file permission problem. All the file permissions for the file folder and all internal folders seem right.

Update:
I went into Categories and removed the images I had attached to the catalog categories. The Catalog page loads fine now with no errors. When I re-attach these images one by one, I get the error 2 times for each image. I hope this isn't an ImageCache problem. I am so disenchanted with ImageCache as it is.
So for now we're keeping the category images deleted. The catalog page is now just text links. I've found several old forum posts on this site citing this exact same error. And all of them died long ago with no solutions. Sad
So....
I reinstalled Image and ImageCache. Still no dice. And it worked fine up until the server switch. Some people have suggested it's because of file/folder permissions. Even then, why would any file/folder permissions change when they imaged the site from the old server to the new one?
I have the same exact
I have the same exact problem. I think they are just warnings, so they don't show for visitors, but wow is it filling up my log entries: http://www.flickr.com/photos/75041673@N00/3256779931/
I will keep searching and post any findings here. I share your pain.
