please find a patch that fixes some issues in store.module when using translated ecommerce.

fixed problems are uneditable transactions due to untranslated submit buttons and wrong stats displayed on administer/store page (workflow status incorrectly set when using translated module).

workflow status problem is similar to the payment status bug (http://drupal.org/node/32896).

the patch applies to both 4.6 and head.
