vimeo.inc embed pattern missing => patched to fix it

vor the emfield_video provider vimeo.inc, the extract-pattern is missing for vimeo-embed-code (only vimeo-urls are handeled correctly).
The attached patch fixes this with a minimum of code - however it's based on -enzo-'s emfield_generic version of the module from http://drupal.org/node/172007#comment-1140507 - though it should work with the current 6.x branch fo the regular emfield module.
