I could not get this module to work. Coincidentally, the first time I tried it was the night before the current release. After updating, the "add player" showed up. But... it never showed up in the "player list."

At first, I did get the "appears you do not have Adobe flash installed" message. I have flash installed but I had put off updating to v.10. I did that and got the same message, but that, I think went away with the update. Now, nothing from the field shows up in the node. And, yes, I did change "txt" to "mp3"

It's not so bad if nothing shows up, but worse than that were the dozens of "mp3 player cache updated" messages and one at the top of every page even when logged out.

Also, it seemed that when the module was enabled, the main css file for the site would not apply to the home page of the site - though other pages did get the css. I tested this in 3 browsers. The problem went away after disabling the modules (mp3player and formatter).

Very weird I can't re-produce any of these errors.

Try disabling both and un-installing it from within the Drupal module interface and starting with a fresh download along with a fresh download the WordPress standalone player.

Let me know how you get on.

Hi Starnox, I did the "uninstall" then re-enabled - got this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mp3player_players() in /[path to]/sites/all/modules/mp3player/filefieldmp3player/filefieldmp3player.module on line 26

I've deleted mp3player for now.

Well, I switched to SWF Tools and got that to work. But, I just checked with another browser, Camino, and got this message in place of the audio file:

<!--[if gte IE 7]>--> <!--<![endif]-->

This is a simple mp3 file, using the 1pixelout player. It works in Safari. So I may give MP3 Player another try.
