XML parsing error

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

i have also tried other version too, (http://drupal.org/node/335174). still same error.
i have also refer to some link http://drupal.org/node/157812. but no luck

Here i am attaching my php.ini (saved as text file for upload purpose) file too which shows that PHP zlib compression is not enabled ( REF - http://drupal.org/node/157812)
