This is basically updating the DME for Version 6.
Although it's still got the tests, more or less, that it had in Version 5, these tests do not run clean, which is part of the reason this is a development release instead of an official release.
There is an additional switch you can now define for your tags which allow you to decide if a dme tag should be processed via the filter, and thus cached, or processed on nodeapi. By default, if this switch is not set, it should cache via the filter if it can.
Although this code is a dev release, I believe it is stable for use.
