So the template tpl has a call to a IE CSS Fix file but there is not one. Anyone else experience this? What should you do? It does not seem this is an active project - but perhaps someone else using this figured it out....I can only hope.

You can remove the call to the IE CSS file... the CSS that comes with the theme handles IE. Sorry not to remove the call in the TPL
