How to let users view "nodes" they created?

Hello, my website is a community type of website. Which users create content all the time.
I was wondering if their is a way of doing this.
Possibly, creating a block and letting the user view the block?
Or an external link.
any ideas?

I would just want a block that has their questions.. or something similar.
