Errors

Hi,

I am using Ajax comments + captcha 6.x-1.0-rc2 + comment subscribe 6.x-1.2. When i checked my error log i found these two errors.

call_user_func_array() [<a href='function.call-user-func-array'>function.call-user-func-array</a>]: First argument is expected to be a valid callback, '' was given in /home/***/includes/form.inc on line 366.

array_shift() [<a href='function.array-shift'>function.array-shift</a>]: The argument should be an array in /home/**/modules/ajax_comments/ajax_comments.module on line 94.

So why i am getting these errors?
