Fieldsets title should be 'Menu item attributes'

The fieldset's title should be labeled 'Menu Item attributes' with just the first word capitalized. (It is currently label 'Menu Item Attributes' with all the words capitalized.)

This pretty minor issue, even though there is no 'Drupal' form labeling guidelines, it seems like capitalizing the first word for form fieldset's and element's title (and almost every other label) is the norm.

I am not sure 100% why this is the standard but 'first caps' is the only thing you can't easily do with css. For instance, you can use the css 'text-transform' property to capitalize, uppercase, and lowercase but currently there is way to capitalize the first word using css.

BTW, this is a great module ... it is elegantly simple and very useful.
