there is no primary or secondary links support. But i still can eneble and disable them on theme settings page. Coiuld you please fix it and make them visible?

Primary and secondary links are not embedded in the theme, all you need is to put their block in the right place.
go to admin/build/blocks and put the "Primary links" (and secondary if you like) in the "Main Navigation" region.

Soon there will be some documentation to the theme and it will all be much clearer.
Maybe I should consider putting theme in page.tpl, it's an issue people always ask me about...
