Hack of the Twitter sub-module for Laconica feeds. Only supports one hardcoded Laconica instance (army.twit.tv in my case).

Can you create a Drupal.org project for it? See http://drupal.org/node/386992

You might also consider adding a user setting to allow them to choose the Laconica instance instead of requiring the user to change code to get it to work.

I'm the maintainer of the identi.ca module. Perhaps we can make it support different servers.
