Is there a way to extend this function?
So that not only an email domain is vallid but also a specifiek email address.
Or even the first word in subject line of an email.
And if possible a combination of it.

I don't need this myself. What I'd like to see is someone to submit a patch that _removes_ the existing functionality from the jobtrack module, and adds it to a new external plug-in module along with these other features you're requesting.

Moving into "postponed" state until someone comes along with a patch...
