Exclude certain directories as internal link (or include certain directories to open in a new window)

Sometimes files, should be opened in a new windows. Those files are on the same domain. E.g. Gallery, creating a feed from gallery and reading them in again (using feed aggregator) in Drupal creates an internal link. If the gallery directory is excuded from this, the windows opens in a new window.
