I was wondering if or how it would be possible to integrate String Overrides with Token so that the following replacement could be possible:
"@username's blog" -> "[user-profile-real-name]'s blog"

If this isn't possible, could you please point me in the right direction? I can code my own module if there's no solution.

Anyone implement this integration yet? It would be really useful for "Read More" links in teasers that could be replaced with "Read more about [title-raw]" or something like that.
