Hi, a relative nooby here, having a bunch of trouble working out where to change the title attributes.

I've worked through style.css and am making changes in the local.css files. Seems that both files are being used to generate web pages. Which one takes precedence? Regardless, all changes I have made to theses css files still shows the titles in the default font (#000000)

Using Mozilla's Firebug add on for Firefox should help you figure out what style rule determines the Content Title color.
