How to use Affiliate?

Hi all,

I m using Ubercart for my e-commerce site and installed UC_Affiliate_v2.
BUt i m not sure how to use it.....
Could you please guide me to setup UC Affiliate program?
What should i set for the following???
Affiliate Banner Templates,
Affiliate Text Link Template

Any help would be appreciated.
