Views integration

I would like to suggest integrating with Views - to optionally allow the administrator to use a view instead of the default list of role applications.

This would allow the display of profile fields alongside the username in the application screen. For example, my site has a profile field for name where the person would be encouraged to enter their real name for identifying purposes - if this were able to be put on the role applications, it would make it easier to approve or disapprove of people in a single click.
