Issue Summary
I would like to suggest integrating with Views - to optionally allow the administrator to use a view instead of the default list of role applications.
This would allow the display of profile fields alongside the username in the application screen. For example, my site has a profile field for name where the person would be encouraged to enter their real name for identifying purposes - if this were able to be put on the role applications, it would make it easier to approve or disapprove of people in a single click.

I am in the process of implementing views for this module... will keep this thread updated.

Sorry! Yes I haven't touched it in a week or so though. I'll post a patch early next week.

About 60% or so done with this. My first true views integration so I'm learning a bit as I go. Have to write custom handlers for the "view", "edit", and "delete" links. Bear with me here - I'm exciting to get this done and integrated!

Basic views integration is now available in 7 -dev.

Ahh.... kept putting this off. I looked at what you did for 7, good stuff... I've attached how far I got for 6; it's not much, I apologize if I was holding back development.

No worries. I just wanted to check before looking at backporting changes to 7 to 6.
