Is there a way that i can get my expanded menu options to work. If i was to create a blog an click on imput format or publishing options no drop down options will show. Also im unable to click on enalbe for clean urls. Not to sure if these two problems are causing my drop down options not to work though. I'm using godaddy hosting.

This is what it says but im still not able to enable it. It just stays shaded gray on disable.

This option makes Drupal emit "clean" URLs (i.e. without ?q= in the URL).
Testing clean URLs...
