Everything was wrking fine with this module, but since I upgraded to drupal5.16 and installed YUI menu, two things happen:

1.- the "author" is not passed to the images nodes created, and all of them are tagged as "anonymus".
2.- When uploading a file, the dialogue box is not visible anymore, and I can only make it available again clicking on "preview". If this is done, no image is ticked as "list", although I have it set to "yes" in the settings menu

I am pretty sure this is unrelated to upload-image please try to disable YUI menu.

This version of Upload Image is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
