Is there a way that I can set the chart dimensions so they automatically fit to the size of the page or window? Thanks

This is slightly trickier than it sounds. The only way to really do it is to dynamically resize it using javascript using a tool like swffit http://swffit.millermedeiros.com. Do you want the chart to be fullscreen or just fill up the content area (the bit between the header and left and right blocks)?

I've looked into this more and it appears that you can only specify the size of the chart in pixels, not percentages (which is required for making it fill the content area. see http://www.fusioncharts.com/forum/Topic1583-37-1.aspx?Highlight=width+pe...
