I'm getting this error on my server error logs:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /htdocs/includes/common.inc(1450) ; eval()'d code on line 5, referer: http://www.datc.edu/request-info
The form is still working, but I noticed this on the error log and thought I might let you know about it just in case it causes a problem down the road.
