I am making a Linux hardware compatibility website, and I need to find out how to be able to choose a level of compatibility when creating the page. For example, there would be "Perfect" at the top, "OK" in the middle and "Incompatible" at the bottom of the radio buttons on the create content page. Is it possible to do this? And if so, how do I do it?

Why not make a vocabulary (taxonomy) called Compatibility and give it the terms Perfect, Ok and Incompatible and assign to the appropriate content types?

That works great! Now I need to get "What works" and "Doesn't work" check boxes in for each type of hardware. Like WPA, WEP etc. for wireless cards only (you can choose what type of hardware it is). I'd like it to be like that for all types of hardware. How can I do this?
