Regarding the lack of an uninstall function one last comment: When trying to delete "CCK Image" nodes after uninstalling the module, I ran into a problem: Those nodes can not be deleted:

Galleries field is required.
Galleries field is required.
Image field is required.

The same goes for bulk operations from Administraer -> Content management (/admin/content/node):

An illegal choice has been detected. Please contact the site administrator.

This should be handled somehow.

Couldn't reproduce at all. I think there is either something wrong with your Drupal installation or another contributed module is screwing up the node management stuff. I can delete both content and content types without issue and was able to clean my installation right back to the way it was without any problems.

This should be handled somehow.
