Hello,

It would appear that this module does not have an affiliate sign-up form and that we would have to build something ourselves. Is this correct? If so I would offer to build something into this module that could then be used by others.

I second this and would offer to build it too. In fact, this form has to assign access (role) upon submission since most of the affiliate functionality should be removed until agreed to this contract.

Signing up users is not the job of the affiliate module, nor does it have anything to do with ubercart.

The only requirement the module has is that the newly created user has the "act as affiliate" access rule assigned.

Use can use the Apply for Role module for this.
